Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the VADS Console and its sports data API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Accounts and API Keys

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any API keys you create. API keys are secret — treat them like passwords. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API keys, including requests made by your applications.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes: attempting to circumvent rate limits or authentication; reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing our data in bulk; using the data for purposes that violate applicable law; or interfering with the availability or integrity of the service for other users.

4. Data Accuracy

We work to keep player, club, fixture, and standings data accurate and current, but sports data changes constantly and we do not guarantee that any specific record is complete, accurate, or up to date. Do not rely on the data for legal, medical, betting, or other decisions where inaccuracy could cause harm.

5. Quotas and Rate Limits

Requests are subject to daily quotas and per-minute rate limits based on your plan. If you exceed your quota, requests will be rejected with an appropriate error code. We may adjust limits from time to time to protect the service and will notify you of material changes.

6. Payments and Plans

Free plans require no payment. Paid plans are billed as described on the billing page. Payments are processed by third-party providers; prices are in US dollars (USD). We may change fees for future plan periods with reasonable notice. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Termination

You may delete your account and API keys at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or the law. On termination, your API keys stop working immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VADS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
